  • Transaction records — for scrap metal transactions, we record counterparty identity (NRIC/Passport) per NEA scrap metal dealer regulations.
  • Vehicle documentation — for scrap car transactions, vehicle log card and owner verification.
  • Website analytics — anonymous browsing behaviour via Google Analytics and cookie identifiers.

2. How We Use Your Data

  • To respond to your enquiries and quote requests
  • To process and document scrap metal transactions per NEA regulations
  • To communicate about pickup scheduling, payment, and compliance documentation
  • To comply with statutory record-keeping obligations (ACRA, NEA, IRAS)
  • To improve our website and services (aggregate analytics only)

3. Disclosure of Data

We do not sell or rent personal data. We may disclose your data:

  • To regulatory authorities (NEA, LTA, IRAS) as required by law
  • To our logistics partners for pickup coordination, under confidentiality

4. Retention

Transaction records are retained for at least 5 years per NEA and IRAS requirements. General enquiry contact data is retained for up to 2 years unless you are an active commercial client.

  • Correction — request correction of inaccurate data
  • Withdrawal of consent — withdraw consent for us to process your data (subject to statutory retention requirements)
