We pick up from construction sites, demolition projects, shipyards, factories, and mechanical workshops. Minimum load for free pickup is 50kg; anything smaller you can drop at our yard at 170 Gul Circle.

Frequently Asked Questions
What’s the difference between HMS 1 and HMS 2?
HMS 1 is thicker gauge (≥6mm) — structural beams, rebar, heavy plate. HMS 2 is lighter gauge (≤6mm) — thinner wire, lighter sheet. HMS 1 pays slightly more per kg.
Do you buy rusty or painted steel?
Yes. Rust and paint are factored into the per-kg rate but we still buy. Severely contaminated or chemical-coated material may be refused.
Any size limit?
Single pieces up to 3m length and 3 tonnes per lift. For larger, we bring cutting equipment to site.
How We Receive Ferrous Loads — Bins, 40-Footer, Low-Bed
Most ferrous loads — mixed scrap, structural steel beams, plates, rebar offcuts — come to us by direct delivery to our 170 Gul Circle yard. For larger and ongoing producers we provide receiving infrastructure on site, so you do not need to arrange your own haulage or fund a removal crew.
- Walk-ins accepted at our 170 Gul Circle yard during business hours (Mon–Sat 8:30am–6:30pm, Sun 8:30am–3:30pm).
- Free scrap bins on site for ongoing producers — we drop bins in common sizes and rotate them on a schedule you choose. Sorted bins (ferrous separate from non-ferrous) earn a higher price per kg.
- 40-footer trailer for long stock — structural beams, profile material, bar, tube, and any item that exceeds standard truck-bed length.
- Low-bed trailer for oversized cargoes — large machinery, vessel internals, complete heat-exchanger bundles, generator sets, transformers, and decommissioned plant.
We focus on receiving infrastructure rather than on-site removal crews. That keeps our per-kilogram quotes ahead of dealers who bundle haulage labour into the price — you handle the lift (or your contractor does), and we handle everything from the weighbridge onward.

Yes. Light rust and paint are common and don’t affect grading significantly. Heavily contaminated or mixed ferrous (attachments, plastic) grades as HMS 2 or mixed iron — still accepted at a lower rate.
