These terms govern your use of Molten Steel Pte Ltd’s ("we", "our", "us") services and website. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Scrap Metal Transactions

• Prices quoted are indicative until the load is weighed and graded at our yard or on our collection truck.
• Final price is determined on weight, grade, and that day's LME-benchmarked rate.
• All scrap metal transactions are governed by Singapore's NEA scrap metal dealer regulations; you must provide valid ID (NRIC or equivalent) at transaction.
• We reserve the right to refuse any load that appears to be stolen, suspicious, or non-compliant.

2. Pickup Services

• Free pickup is offered for qualifying loads at our discretion. Very small or non-ferrous-light loads may be redirected to yard drop-off.
• Pickup scheduling is best-effort based on route density; published response times are not contractual guarantees.
• We are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, or force majeure events.

3. Scrap Vehicle Transactions

• For scrap car transactions, you must be the registered owner with valid log card, or provide authorization from the registered owner.
• COE rebate processing is handled by LTA directly; we assist with deregistration but the rebate is paid by LTA to the registered owner.
• Catalytic converter transactions require workshop invoice or vehicle log card proof per NEA requirements.

4. Payment

• Payment is made same-day via bank transfer, cheque, or (for smaller amounts) cash.
• For commercial clients under ongoing contracts, payment terms may follow agreed invoicing cycles.

5. Demolition & Industrial Services

• Demolition and industrial clearance services are governed by separate written agreements covering scope, timeline, insurance, and liability.
• Standard site safety, permit, and BCA/MOM compliance requirements apply.

6. Website Use

• Content on this website is for informational purposes; specific quotes require direct contact.
• Published scrap metal rates are indicative and subject to market conditions.
• We grant no licenses to reproduce, redistribute, or frame this website's content without written permission.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, our liability is limited to the value of the specific transaction in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or gross negligence.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts.
